Experience what it means ‘to lime' – a Trinidadian term for having a good time.
Involving good food, drink, music and company.
A truly great lime brings us together, breaks down barriers and elevates all our experiences.
When we are open to each other, magical things can happen!
Our Caribbean-inspired food and rum cocktails pack flavour and punch.
We are an accessible venue, and welcome people from all walks of life, including families (and dogs).
Come lime with us!

LIMIN SOUTHBANK started life as a Shoreditch pop up celebrating the best food and drink and culture from Trinidad & Tobago. While it was meant to last just 10 weeks, it was still going strong 10 months later.
During this time, we held our first three-day Caribbean food and drink festival called Jerk & Beyond in Old Spitalfields Market, and will hold it again in July 2022.
In 2020, we opened our permanent home in Gabriel’s Wharf, South Bank, establishing London’s only year-round beach club just five minutes from Waterloo station.
We have blended our own white rum, designed to work best in our cocktails and so good it can be sipped.
We launched a new food business called Saga Boy, delivering home-cooked Trinidadian food.
In 2022, we opened our first grab-and-go doubles restaurant in Shoreditch’s Lalaland, and launched Limin’ Mas Band.
